• Account info you provide: name, email, sign-in identifier.
• Self-reported navigation data: check-ins, energy, mood, sleep, notes, optional voice notes.
• Connections you authorize (e.g., calendar) — only the fields needed to understand capacity context and load.
• Standard service logs needed to operate the app (timestamps, error reports).

To personalize your Future Self, shape navigation guidance, understand capacity context, deliver briefings, and surface useful route signals. We do not sell your data and we do not run ads.

You control what each partner can see — route progress, weekly reports, or encouragement notifications. You can revoke a partner at any time on the Network screen.

We use trusted infrastructure providers (database, authentication, AI inference, email). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Deletion permanently removes your check-ins, routes, and personal data from our active systems.

Data is encrypted in transit. Row-level security is enforced on every user table. Voice notes are stored in a private bucket and are only readable by you.
